FAQs

Q: Payment and deposits

A: I charge a non- refundable deposit of £100 per shoot paid via bank transfer. Once the deposit has been received the shoot will be all booked in. Deposits are refundable in exceptional cases, for example if I have to cancel or severe weather conditions (especially for farm shoot). However, deposits can be held, and another shoot date rearranged provided that 48 hrs notice is provided from you. Please read terms and conditions of booking your photoshoot here.

The remaining balance is paid via on the day at start of shoot before it commences.

I can accept a bank transfer for the remaining balance but this has to be done 48 hours in advance so it has time to clear.

Please visit the prices page for pricing of packages available.

Why do you charge a deposit?

This is required for booking the venue, these costs are incurred by myself upfront.

This is also to ensure that the models are genuine about booking their shoot. And will show up for their shoot.

In an event of a cancellation, this is to ensure that no work is lost  as a self-employed photographer.

Q: How do I prepare for a shoot?

A: After sending your deposit I then send confirmation of shoot and preparing for shoot advise which will include everything you need to know to get best out of your shoot.

One of the most important things is not to use any baby oil, lotions or at home tan. These items can stain / damage furniture. If you want a tan please get a professional one done that won’t stain furniture when posing.

Q: Can I pay for additional retouched images?

A: Yes, original photos are kept via drop box for a period of 12 months. Additional retouches are £10 per photo.

QIs your retouching outsourced?

A: No. All retouching is done 100 percent in- house.  No one else has access to your photos.

QCan I bring a friend/ partner to shoot?

A: At the Victorian house location, no as it has limited space and is a private home not studio. But yes, at farm location friend / partner welcome to come as it’s remote location so I want you to feel as comfortable as possible. Other studios depends on their visitors’ policies.

QAre your locations professional studios?

A: The main locations are private residences; however, I bring portable, professional lighting equipment and camera equipment. But sometimes I book professional photography studios.

QHow do I receive the photos?

A: I send all the original photos via drop box. You can sign up for a free account. Once you chosen your finals to be retouched, I will send the finals within 10 working days of date you choose them. You will get them in high resolution format and low-resolution format (web page format). The originals are kept in drop box folder for a period of 12 months before permanently deleted. Sorry I do not offer print services or canvas services.

QHow heavy do you retouch the photos?

A: I can retouch them lightly, naturally, or more heavily for high glamour finish. I can also skin smooth, sculptural your body (tuck tummy in etc), remove any moles, tattoos, and blur face for those who want additional privacy. Please let me know the level of retouching / if you want face blurred etc before I start editing.

Q: Do you provide a make- up artist and stylist?

A: Unfortunately, I do not provide a stylist or make – up artist. You will have to arrange this yourself before your shoot or do your own hair and make – up. Or alternatively many models use hair pieces and wigs for their shoot.

Q: Do you provide outfits?

A: No sorry you must provide all outfits. I suggest you bring as many as possible, so you have plenty of choice. The shoot includes unlimited outfit changes.

Q: Do you provide outfits / props?

A: You will need to bring your own outfits and props you want to use / wear to the shoots . Suggestions of props/ items you may want to bring are rose petals and shower foaming for shower/ bath shoots etc. Whips and other fetish props for fetish style shoots.

The farm location I have a few props from saddles (fantasy / cowgirl theme), hay bales & picnic blanket.

Q: What do I need to bring to farm location?

A: The farm location is remote and secluded in Welsh mountains, nearest town / shops are 15 minutes’ drive away. There are dry farm buildings and sets to shoot from as well as outdoor places if weather good. Being Wales weather can be unpredictable so bring Wellies/ walking boots, warm / waterproof clothing, lunch such as sandwiches and any medication with you. If you don’t have walking boots / wellies drop me an email as I have a few pairs of different sizes. You need them to walk in-between shoot locations. A posing matt can be provided to pose on, so you don’t get your heels muddy or damaged and to be able to pose in heels (if you want to wear them).
